Its easy to trim the side covers to clear filters i had to do mine i was running bc manifolds with the 42mm carbs just had to trim alittle.
If you like your motor dont use the velocity stacks anyone that runs them every day is going to mess up there valves and rings its just a mater of time .just look at what you wash off your bike do you want all that in your motor?
