the flat midrange could be due to lean-ness on the idle circuit. Richen the pilot/idle mix and see if that helps.

this is a velocity stack:



It is used with no air filter element whatsoever. Air, pollen, dust, sand, birds etc go right into the motor. The benefit is the shape of the velocity stack increases the, um, velocity of the air entering the motor kind of like putting your thumb over the waterhose.

Question

Uhmmmm - fellas? Am I going to run into the same side cover problem with the BC CR35's with the Billet intakes? I already have the K&N's on - they come with the BC Basic Performance kit.

Hedge, I have those carbs on my Thrux. There is no problem with the side covers.
