Cappy - I can do you one better. Go to any European Auto Parts store and just get a Hella H4 100/55 bulb and plug that bad boy into your bucket and your good to go!
BTW - I stumbled onto this idea when I was powder-coating my bucket. At that time I pulled the factory bulb just to have a look at it and I realized that it looked very similar to my old Porsche H4 Bulbs. So I went to my old Porsche Inventory and found 4 boxes of brand new Hella Bulbs and tried one and it fit perfectly. I fired her up and it was like turning on a flamethrower!

Here's another thought on bulbs. IPF makes a "super low beam" bulb with 80 watts on the low beam side. It actually makes more light on low beam to get you noticed in the midst of all the cages.

I remember in high school there were guys that put aircraft landing lights in their grill for high beams. They made trees wilt!
I wonder if they would fit on a Bonneville?

Light
I heard about the sylvanis sealed unit. Suppposed to be real good! After putting on the visor ,I didnt want to break apart the the unit frame again!!! What a pain. The xenon bulb is a 200% improvement for now. Easy to change as well! Got an extra bulb in the pkg so it will be a while before I will do much more- however the sealed beam unit is supposed to be real good! For the $$ - go for it! The reflector in the stock unit is kinda crappy, so it will surely be a MAJOR improvement!! Anyone that has ever put a visor on their light will know what a PIA it is to dissamble- re the HL frame ! The sealed unit will also be a + when it comes to moisture.
