New to the house of threads here.... and i'm soaking it all up!

I just added some cafe bars and gaiters to my stock 07 and dig the look..
I also just ordered some D&D's s/o with jets.

my question is.... what jetting specs do i go with?

Remember, my bike is stock right now and I live on the coast.
