Bike Lift
Can anyone out there recommend a good, reasonably priced bike lift?
Pictures if you have them.
Thanks
Bill

Sears makes a pretty good one for around $70 cheaper if they go on sale.
Pep Boys and Harbor freight has these for around $250-$300

They both work very well

+1 for the Sears... best $60 I ever spent. It's saved me so much time and effort... I don't actually understand why it's so cheap! I guess it's all about perceived value. I work in a relatively confined space, and the Sears jack allows me to push and pull the bike around for easy access to one side or the other (usual safety announcement... secure the bike if moving the jack, and screw the feet back down when the jack's repositioned). Also, when stood on-end, they have a pretty small footprint and don't take up much space.

Thanks for the pics! Makes me want to tinker on my bike, but in reality I'd just get it up then pretend to turn some screws and smear a little grease on my face while sipping a PBR.
Job well done. Job well done...

Drew....are you sure it's not the PBR you are sipping on getting to your guts?
+1 for the sear's lift, pepboys has one too that they carry.

The Sears aluminum lift is better quality and much lighter, weighs about 40+ pounds. I have it and like it. It can be had on sale for about $150.

I have a similar bike lift as the one in the first photo. I notice that the headers on my thruxton extend slightly lower than the bike frame except near the filter. Do you guys have your bike resting on the headers (like it appears in the first photo) or on the frame closer to the filter. I have mine resting on the frame but it seems a bit precarious.

me too, cycle gear for 49.00, i also am afraid to lift my thrux from under the headers. i just sneak it in there till it is real close to them then lift it up, and it still seems front heavy.
