Hey, I was mistaken, Saeng makes both the Winglets & the Microedge.

Here's a link to the Winglets product page:

Laminar Lip

I have used the Laminar Lip on the summer screen and it improved the protection somewhat but I still had some turbulance. It's only $90 so give it a try. I did not think it was the answer I was looking for at the time but it depends, among other things, your helmet type, height etc.

For the winter I have the lip mounted on a 20 inch Parabllum sport shield. The lip will provide two or three additional inches of height.

Last summer and fall I used the summer screen with an open helmet and goggles. This setup made for plenty of nice smooth air. Too air much for winter but I plan to go back to it in May or June.

Good Luck

Mike

Laminar Lip

Sorry, wrong attachment. Here's the summer screen. I don't have one handy with the Laminar Lip mounted.

I had some friends help me with the measurements, and I have a 21 incher on order. It should be easy to swap with the summer screen.

I think you are going to love your ClearView. See the thread on the Roadster screen where I decided to go on up to the custom 22.5", although the 19.5" gave very good protection...........

I think the trick is to get the screen the right height so the wind hits your head above the forhead then it will just roll over your head and not beat you.I was lucky the stock summer screen is right for me,taller guys (taller from the waist) need something taller.

Windscreen vs ???

What are other options/ideas/insights to the typical windscreens mentioned. Have never liked the look of the standard windshields. However I'm getting blown all over the interstate while the full fairing bikes slide by with their parade wave and smooth ride. Have seen online the F-16 and the F-18 as well as a cafe fairing. If I want something more "sporty" for my T-100 do I gain any aerodynamics or just aesthetics?
