Hi Thruxton Boy,

My aunt lives in Holland, in the neighborhood by the Friedricksplein (bad spelling). We were there 4 or 5 years ago and I took a picture of this Bonneville. Maybe you recognize it? It became the inspiration for the T-100 I own now.

Hi Paul,

Thats nice! Maybe you meen Frederiksplein? And in wich City? Holland is small, but not that small, we have different City's you know (yoke). I did'nt reconized this particular bike, but I can imagine it was your inspiration for the T 100. Beside my Thruxton I also own a T100, black with white stripes on the tank. I use it mostly for rides with somebody on the back. The Thruxton is only ment to break the law with.....

Best regards

Wim

Last Friday I went to a cicuit for having my Thruxton tested by a very sporty Dutch Motorcycle magazine. In the beginning they were a bit sceptic, but when they looked at the bike the first time, they get impressed.

Then lots of preparations were made...

Comparing to a 'stock' bike, they like to find out what we changed on our Thruxton...

And than they started to ride, and they get fast... very fast!

I created a copple of new 'believers' for my Thruxton religion...

Latest pictures from my bike with black anodist wheels. The backrim 17"x5j (+ 160 Dunlop) and the front 17"x3,5j (+ 120 Dunlop), you also see the modified exhaustsystem.

I'm now waiting for the NH Rearsets, the NH forkbrace and a 41T rearsprocket. Is there anyone who can give me a idea were I could find a decent 17" frontfender?

OOOOOOH! Those are great looking headers Thruxtonboy! Are they handmade by your expert tuner, or are they after market pipes? I'd love a set for myself. They remind me of the old Dunstall Power Pipe for the Norton Command.
