Changes thread

Well, it's been kicked to the mod forum.

I, or Shawn, will keep you posted on the outcome.

Hey Mare - I think the general feeling was/is that we all enjoyed the Twins forums a lot more when you were the lone moderator (trying to put a positive spin on the matter). I'm not knocking Monte, but he does seem to be taking the moderating to somewhat of an extreme. Maybe that's what Shawn wants? But the fact remains that there has been a major change in the way this forum is being enforced. Thanks for keeping us in mind.

In monte's defense, it seemed as is Mare's approach was more or less 'hands off' unless really needed and Monte's role has been more active. It was almost like we were not moderated before, and now we are and there are growing pains on both sides of the keyboard I'm sure.

It is a thankless job, that's for sure.

I just wonder why worry about the small stuff if people are talking on a post what dose it mater where it is? If everyone is haveing fun and no one is getting mean why even get into it or move or delete a post.

Howdy.

I'm thinkin half of us have cabin fever, and the other half of us are over at the in-laws for Sunday dinner.

Hang in there, folks...

Oh, and I have to say it here: I ALWAYS moved a heck of a lot of posts. Until the latest upgrade, no msg was left for everyone to see. I usually e-mailed the person who posted it, and nobody else ever seemed to notice it was gone... Serious.
