it's time to pull the AI on my thruxton

im going to pull my AI this weekend got the kit to replace them when I pull them .
now the ? is did anyone change the jets? and to what size
ive still got the stock air filter and pipes .
also would like to pull the air box and put 2 K&N on the bike what size are they?

Removing the ai does not require rejetting.If u pull the box it will.Go here and download the calculator

No no need to rejet. I dont know if there is a way to de-baffle a Thrux? Drilling a few (or 1) hole might helkp it breathe a little better & sound better too. I gutted my stockers to the last restrictor plate w/ no re jet. She runs like a swiss watch. Break that plate & its time to re-jet. You might want to open the D-screw 1/2 or more turns after. I did & it really gave some nice low end action! If Triumph uses A/I w EFI I will be very disappointed! There is no need then. A VERY primative form of polution control. A thing cars used in the 70's, when there was no EFI!! Well see?
