My buddy bought this for his BMW 1200GS and ended up going with something different...So he gave this one to me for my 05' Bonneville. He said it's simply a matter of splicing two wires into the unit....Anyone tried this model with the Bonnie? Any reason why it WOULDN'T work? Thanks in advance...Here's a link to the exact unit I have.

EDIT: the lookup says 100-HD, so I'd ring them and ask to be sure...

I have in my 2007 T-100. It just plugs in the tail light socket and it comes with an extra bulb. The circuit board is in the base that plugs into the socket. Does the same thing and no extra wiring-very simple-works great.
