Triumph Part Number's....

Is there an on line part number list for newer Triumph Bonnies? Some bikes like BMW have an ETK available on CD. My Victory has exploded views with part numbers available on line through Pure Polaris so was wondering how Bonny owners determine factory part numbers and what supplier do you go through other then the dealer to attain quotes and best pricing for factory parts?
Many Thanks,
George

Thank you Sky...very helpful. I am looking for the '08 Thruxton top yoke part number in particular. For '08 Triumph as many know revised the top fork yoke of the Thuxton to incorporate risers for conventional albeit low slug handlebars. I believe this factory OEM '08 Thruxton top yoke piece maybe a cost effective alternative to an aftermarket top yoke that are drilled to accomodate risers allowing installation of a conventional handlebar. I am not sure if a "Bonneville" top yoke will mount to a Thruxton because of a slight difference in rake...the bikes sharing the same frame. This slight reduction in fork rake between Thrux and Bonnie maybe do to the slightly higher rear shock position of the Thux however and not due to any difference in drilling angle for the fork tubes relative to the steering head bolt. The top handlebar yokes therefore between Bonnie and Thrux "maybe" interchangable. Someone would know if they installed a Thrux top yoke on a Bonneville in an effort to Thruxton-ize a Bonnie with clip ons.

Unfortunately bikebandit does not discriminate model year...lumps 900 Thruxton model years all together and doesn't list '08 part numbers for the Thruxton the best I can tell.

Thanks again. If others have insight to alternative parts lists for the Thruxton, please post.
George

So Brooksie...if Bike Bandit is all there is for a parts list and I presume Triumph has made some minor changes to the Thruxton since introduction in
'04...certainly they have for the '08 model in particular....how does one determine part numbers for the Thruxton by model year? There isn't a CD or microfishe with part numbers out there?
Thanks,
George

Considering the 08's are just out, places like Bikebandit won't have them online yet... It takes a loooong time to input all that stuff. Call the Triumph dealer, get the part # and then call around.

I'll be interested to see if they fit the 07s and earlier.

The part number on bike bandit are not triumph part numbers or so my dealer couldnt tell what they are.And i think you can get them quicker from your dealer.becarful what you order .they dont tell you how many of some idems are needed or what you get for that part number.I just got rod and main bearings today( and man am i mad ) you dont get 1 bearing set ,you have to order 2 half bearings to make 1 bearing so i only half half of what i need owell another week shot to hell lol

Correct, but the pictures on BikeBandit are the same as the ones that the dealer will have in their parts look-up software.

When I call the dealer for a part, I go to BikeBandit and then tell the dealer guy to look for item #xyz in the parts diagram and he will have the Triumph Part number on his listing.
