Stalling again!!!

I was in TX for 10 days and the bike was covered in sunny southern Florida. Came back had to make a run to work and it ran a little choppy, on the way home it stalled out. I got it running and made it home, it stalled out with a light twist of the throttle. Just a little bit would be ok, but past that it would "bog" out and stall. I had this problem before and was told it was bad gas, and to check my float bowls. Turns out the shop put phillips head screws in them and not allen headed, and they're definitely gonna strip before I get them out. I ran the bike dry and filled up at a "quality" station that is always full (for more fresh gas); this seemed to help, but apparently not. Any ideas? How often do the cone filters need to be cleaned? and would that be an issue? I'll probably end up taking it back to the dealer I got the ARK done at. Hopefully I can get them to fix it without charging me as it has had issues since I had the work done.

Hey Trav- when we rode together, you had a "slow" start thing. I think we talked & figured you had too big jets or something. Its running too rich I & others have mentioned. Did you bring them down in size? And all are in wonder- How did the spoke issue work out??

still haven't dealt with the spoke issue. I took it back in after the issues the first two times and it would run right for a little while then come out of tune. last time it lost two screws that held the float bowls on and the tech said it had a fuel leak and an air leak and the carbs were out of sync, they "fixed" it and it ran great. I then had some issues a couple weeks later, talked to the dealer and he said check float bowls, that's when I found out that they were phillips head screws in there and couldn't get them out. he said it might be bad fuel so I ran the fuel out and put in "good" gas and it was running fine. Just before I left it seemed to be running a bit odd but I didn't have the chance to take it in. I've got to go into Ft. Lauderdale tomorrow morning for work so I'll stop by the shop and have a chat with the tech. I'm hoping they'll take care of me. I'd hate to have to start taking my bike up to west palm. I like these guys but it shouldn't take 4 months after a ARK, pipes and rejet to get things right. Who knows, it may be something I'm doing.

Gas 93 octane
no addatives
3 min warm up(on first start of the day)
2 min otherwise

I think she might have just been mad at me for leaving her for 10 days. Started up rough, sounded like it was running on only one cylinder, I pulled out the choke and she settled in to a rumble. I let her run for about 5-7 minutes with the choke out and the rpms jumped up so I pushed the choke back in and took her out for a ride. Smooth as buttah'!! Thankfully I'm just an newb that doesn't know enough about bikes and I didn't have a really serious issue. We'll see how she runs in the morning. Night Y'all!!
