Pics of Modified Side Covers ??

I would like to modify my side covers to be able to show the sweet looking cone filters of the NARK kit. I have seen some pics, but I don't seem to be able to find them now.

Any information would be greatly appreciated, please post pics of your covers

Here ya go...

I marked out the cut line...grabbed a coping saw with a fine cutting blade...then some 150grit to round the edges nicely...and some Flat Black paint...The most time consuming part was sanding down through the BONNEVILLE decal...

Anyhow...I think the modified covers accent the kit well...Good Luck!

PS...they are a bit different...each side, so don't make a template for both...

Revolt: coming from a guy who doesn't modify anything, I'll tell you that is really good looking! Great job.
