Performance Guide for new Bonneville T100s

Hey all,

I'm looking for a book or performance guide for a Bonneville T100 for a friend of mine. I think he has a maintenance guide, but I'm looking for the type of book that has performance upgrades, hop-up projects, etc. I see some for other model years, but haven't found anything for model year 2007 bikes. I'd appreciate any help you all can give.

Thanks in advance!

Never seen a performance guide for these bikes. All years 01 to current would all be the same but my guess is you would have to find something more generic, not new Bonnie specific.

I hope something turns up, if it is out there someone here will know about it.

The only Performance / Upgrade Modification manual I know of is the one we copy and paste into Word from this very sight. I don't believe there is any other place in the world that has such comprehensive information database than here.

here's the short version (in order)
1. pipes (rejet)
2. Air injection elimination
3. airbox elmination (rejet)
4. suspension upgrades
5. big bore kit
6. headwork
7. mikuni flatslides
8. the sky is the limit

Also, don't forget brake upgrades. The cheap and effective way is to install EBC HH pads.

I'll just poke around here...maybe he'll get parts instead of a manual for Christmas. Thanks for the heads up!

If your the Mrs. and it sounds that way - than do not hint who you are here because he will find out.
Let us know what kind of bike it is what year it is and if he has done anything to it yet. We can recommend nice presents that won't kill your wallet but more importantly we can make sure you get the right stuff from the right vendors at the best possible price. Feel free to browse the Forum, make notes, ask questions or PM (Private Message) any of us for more info.

Na, not quite a Mrs. :-P 5'10", 260, and bald with a goatee makes for one ugly, single woman. I was checking for my brother-in-law...he's got a Bonne that he's ape@#$% over (and let's be honest, so am I). He's into Triumphs, I'm into Harleys. I was trying to keep it inconspicuous in case he saw this, but at this point I guess it doesn't matter since what I'm looking for doesn't technically exist. Either way--I appreciate the help. He pokes around here, so I'm sure he's found or will find anything performance/maintenance-related.

For the record, I'm not here on a recon mission only. I'm eyeballing a Speed Triple for a second bike, but that's not doable until early next year. I figure with all the mods in the world my current bike will never do what I'd like to do in the twisties, so why beat around the bush. For a 700lb bike I can whip it through winding roads with little effort...but even pushing it to its cornering limits doesn't bring it close to the fun I'd have on the S3 I love the T-Bird Sport as well, but I'd much rather have the grunt and handling of the S3.

Thanks again, have a good one.

You sound hot.

Well, maybe by next Christmas, Hedge will have written it. It'll be called "HedgeFundGeek's Complete Copy & Paste Compendium of Everything Everyone Has Ever Done To A Bonneville."

You get a Speed Triple and the Harley will grow cobwebs!
