What are we looking at???
I'm guessing it's some kind of make shift kick stand.
Can't quite make it out what does it look like in the up position?
What about the safety switch?

The Modre Kickstand

I'm guessing that "modre" had some early prototypes of his new "Modre Lowsets" and used them to create the
"Modre XXL Lowsets." Frankly, I don't think he will sell many of these.

Here's a picture of only ONE of his lowering pegs on my Bonnie, which I can recommend.
