need new head...maybe two...one for the bike and one for me...
hi everybody
hello, am new at posting in a forum and am not sure if this is the right place. am sorry to i say need a new head for my 2006 bonneville t-100. one of the cam bearing caps split and a piece of the head came out still bolted to it (don't ask)....lol
please, someone help steer me in the right direction. it is riding weather here...lol.

You can try BikeBandit here http://www.bikebandit.com/Triumph/oem-parts
You can try calling Bonnieville Perfermance (east coast usa) Or South Bay Triumph (west coast usa). They might have one laying around.
You could try a salvage yard that specializes in bikes.

Warranty issue?

Major bummer man. Sounds like an expensive lesson about something. Yeah, I too would love to know the story but if it were my story I am not sure how forth coming I would be. ...... naaaaaaaw man, you got to tell!

budmike9191, if you end up buying/bidding on that motor and winning it there are a few parts I would like to have, namely the engine cases and the crank. If you get it for the head I'm willing to buy the other parts off you. That, or I'll buy it and sell you the head. I've stripped the engine down to the cases before so it's familiar territory for me.
I guess it depends on how that auction goes. I'll keep an eye on it.
