Welly makes some. I got me a couple of "02" T100. They're pretty realistic to the actual bike (including the funky turn signals). If I remember correctly, they were under $7 each.

I just received my package from the web site I ordered the Bonneville diecast model. It had all the other items I ordered except the model. They wrote on my receipt that it is "no longer available". I emailed them earlier in the week wanting to know the status of my order and all they gave me was a tracking #, and no other info. So much for communication. Sorry about that!

Yes what a bummer they just sent me a email saying
not available here in the States or Triumph is sold out
oh well I will keep my eye open for one.
