NH Peashooters

Does anyone have experience with the NH Peashooters on a EFI-Bonneville?
I would like to know what they sound like; I am looking for a nice deep sound, a bit louder than the TOR's but I still like to be able to drive home through my neighbourhood....

Are the TT's from Specialty Spares longer than the stock pipes without slip ons?
Can you run straight pipes on the new bonnies?
Or, do you need back pressure?
I used to wrench on big rigs and from time to time we would tie the headers directly to the stacks to keep a guy on the road until a muffler came in (their mufflers are generally directly under the cab, so you can't run safely with a leak).
I'm a long time rider, but I'm new to wrenching bikes, any advice would be appreciated.
I'm not concerned about them being too loud.
Would you need an Air Injection Removal kit?
And for the annoying question that has probably been asked 100 times on this site, what size jets should you use with open pipes?
Are there any other mods that would be necessary?

And...... that was......

So LewiLewi? Those were the Norm Hyde Togas? I could see them from afar not up close, and there are several species with that same shape. I'm waiting for my NH's to come in from British Customs. Long wait.... But if those are the Togas, I'm gonna be more than happy with both the looks and sound. Don't get me wrong....Great demo on the video, just no additional info about what they are, who makes em, where you got em, etc.

As I've been debating the merits of different exhaust options over the past month, the price for the Staintunes seems to increase faster than the price of gasoline. When I first looked a few months ago, the asking price was $799. Today it looks like it will now take $999 to own a set. What gives? I'm looking for reverse cones that are slightly noiser than TORs. Staintunes fit the bill, but I'm finding it hard to justify spending a grand on them. Anybody think the Dominator Touring pipes are a good choice?

Yes, but the Predators aren't that loud either. I will eventually pull the Emgo's off of mine, and get the Preds.. They are a great pipe, and look great too.

I didn't place my order through BC, but I'm curious how long you have been waiting since you placed your order?

I placed an order two months ago for NH Peashooters and Hyde still cannot give my vendor an ETA on when they will ship. I expected a 4-6 week wait, but this is getting rediculous.

Same here, still waiting for the NH peashooters, but straight from NH.
He told me last week they had some problems with the manufacturer (they are hand made and they cannot produce enough to meet the demand)
Hopefully they will arrive next week....?

Many thanks for the reply Duke63.

I'll give Hyde until the end of this month, which I think is more than reasonable, and if I still can't get a straight answer on when they'll actually ship, I'll just cancel the order and go with a different exhaust.

Predators are looking more and more appealing to me with each passing day.
