center stand compatible?

Should I assume that most of the exhaust options discussed here (for ex: NH Togas, Dominator Touring, Staintunes) all work with our center stands or not?

Thanks!

If your not changing the header and only exchanging slip on silencers there is no issue.

I really want to get Togas. Can someone please post pictures of the workaround(s) for the side stand hitting NH Togas?

SideStand Contacting TOGAS

Hey Gretsch,
Just got my TOGAS last saturday, and mounted them. Provision is there to use the center stand rubber bumper off the TORS that I was removing. But yer right nothing to address the side stand. I didn't think it would matter. But after hitting a few bumps and wondering "what was THAT clunk?" I knew right away something had to be done. I JB Welded a old piece of black rubber tubing to the stand itself. Right where it would make contact with the frame and hold the stand off from hitting my beautiful and Great sounding TOGAS! I haven't ridden it yet. Did this last night and I was waiting for the JB to setup. But a quick check this AM before work and it seems like it's gonna work. I did read a post somewhere about this earlier and so the picture in my mind what needed to be done was a little clearer and easier to accomplish. I will get a good ride in this evening after work and report if any modifications are needed. Ride On.

My side stand never contacted my TOGAS. I did remove the rubber stop off my Predators and put it on the TOGAS.

Anybody have a clip of stock bonnie pipes after a bafflectomy and a couple holes in the plates? I just got done and would like to check my results against the sound of someone else's.

Hi there!

Any news about your silencers from NH?
I am still waiting and I don't get answers when I E-mail them...
It makes me interested in those Predators; have you seen/heard those ?

I'll give Hyde until the end of this month, which I think is more than reasonable, and if I still can't get a straight answer on when they'll actually ship, I'll just cancel the order and go with a different exhaust.

Predators are looking more and more appealing to me with each passing day.

I can tell you there is really no comparison whatsoever. I did the surgery on the stock pipe just to see the results and thought it sounded OK. I just had the British Customs installed with the dyno-jet kit and WOW. Sounds and performs like a totally different bike. I noticed the huge weight savings of the aftermarkets even with some of the guts out of the stockers.

exhaust exhaustion

Thinking about either NH's or Commando Specialties for my 06 T100.
Anyone have opinions? The Hyde's seem to get consistent rave reviews but I haven't heard anything about the CS's...their price is appealing. Thanks mucho
