Search Feature

Yes, there is one. It works.

Threads like:
cam cover leaks
how do I remove grips?
oil
how do I rejet?
which exhaust do I buy?

and on and on.

Maybe I'm just ranting after a long week, but let's try to use the Search Feature every once in a while, mmmmmmmmKay?

end rant.

Seriously

I'm glad that no one beats people up over not searching, but enough with the "What's the best (insert darn near next to anything here)" thread.

you're right, we need a jetting sticky, an oil sticky, tires, oil leaks, etc.

all the normal stuff. Instead we have a "ride threads will be moved" sticky and a Thailand sticky. Hmm, productive AND informative.

I'm about to tear off my carbs for a good cleaning and I can verify that the search feature is GREAT! Thinking of other things to do while the tank is off, I've searched such things as carbs, petcock, airbox, AI, jets, etc and I've found a TON of posts. Very informative and I learned alot more than if I had simply posted "How do I clean my carbs". Plus, I saved at LEAST 10 lashes.

Sweatmachine, thank you for saying what's been on my mind. To be honest, I haven't been visiting the site as much recently because it's nothing but repeated questions and debates. Let's get some stickies and I'll start ragging on people who can't do a simple search.
