I thought you only had a MP license? If so, you're not allowed on the Interstate as part of the restrictions of that permit. Also, you also cant ride at night or carry passengers. If you're stopped - you could be arrested. Maybe you should stay on State Hwy 41? Just sayin ..

Bonafide, your right - it wasn't a smart decision, but I had to go for it.

She was my only way to get to work - needless to say I have mapquested an alternative route.

I'm definitely taking surface roads from here on out - the bike feels like it's at it's limits around 60-65 mph -

This June I was driving back from NC in the car,and was in the commuter lane reserved for multiple occupants. I was doing 80mph in a 55 mph zone with a guy on my bumper blowing his horn and giving me the finger. Worse than LA or NYC, where I have also driven a lot.

Absolutley Stu - they say we have the worst drivers in the country - the real problem is lack of police manpower, they just don't patrol the interstates - especially 285, I believe we have the highest interstate fatalities in the country...and I lived in L.A. too!

It's insane how people have a complete disregard for life out here, I'm looking forward to my MSF course. Granted I think I have satisfied my curiosity for interstate driving.
