knock kneed

Have you all noticed that the engine and case is actually a bit too wide? Along with the knee indents on the tank I feel a slight awkward posture. Wish they would have given me the extra half gallon. And how big are feet in England, my size 10 barely fits from peg to pedal, maybe the smaller footed orientals will fix that one.

Fugitive, you're worried about your feet? Try a size 13 wearing some Icon Superduty 2 boots. It was a little awkward at first. How tall are you I don't find that the tank is too small at all. I actually have to concentrate on squeezing the tank to get my legs to "hug" it.

Just last night I was checking out the motor, casually comparing it to older Triumphs. Indeed, it is much wider than the sleek & slender oldies, but then so is the tank. I think my old Triumphs had 3 gallon tanks, maybe 3.5 gallon. A stock tank for the '77 Tiger was 2.5, and this I believe was for the US market.

And feet? I wear a size 15. The only problem I have is toe dragging while upshifting in a left hand turn.
