Not me Brother!

From the makers of the Predator Performance Exhaust, come the Dominators. Same outside look as the Predators, it features a totally redesigned inside core and retains the mechanical baffle, but increases torque and improves noise reduction with no negative effect on top end power.
If you want the power that comes with wide open pipes, but you don’t want Johnny Law on your rear end, look no further. The Dominators merge power and manageable volume perfectly!!

I love the sound of my Predator's and Mr. Big Hat will be pulling over all the Harley Fools long before they even take a look at what is making that sound from my machine.

disappointed
quieter? same look?
I was hoping this system would have a whole new look than the preds, don't get me wrong I like the look of the preds, but why offer a system that looks the exact same, and is quieter?
The Preds aren't exactly deafening anyway. My bubs are much louder than my preds were.
No thanks!

I've got 'em....my bike came with them on my used Black from South Bay Triumph.
The "story" goes that mine was the 1st set tested ....for whatever thats worth.
I like them, not as loud as the Preds....maybe as loud as the Emgo's at mid RPM's and higher but not as throaty at idle. (heard the video that was posted with the 4 or 5 pipes but you really can't tell from one camera to the next.) I'd kinda like to have the preds for the sound...don't know about the performance difference.
supposed to be quieter for a passenger mostly (again...the "story" I was told by South Bay Triumph). I don't ride a pillion so it really doesn't matter to me.
Hope that helps
All in all im happy with what I've got and certainly better than stock!

There is a Dominator's racing version that makes the Bub's sound quieter in comparison ,also a complete high pipes Bonneville Flats set with small diameter reverse cones.

the louder the better. South Bay needs to make a 2-1, then I'll bite again.

Hum, I opened the thread thinking about Norton Dominators for some reason... Those are pretty sweet looking, tho I think if I ever swap out, I'll get a set of those adapters and use Dunstall Replicas...
REALLY dig the High Pipes tho.

I've heard the Predators and the Dominators and the race version of the Dominators. The race version is freakin loud, the Predators plenty loud, and the Dominators have a healthy tone but not real loud, although certainly louder than TORS.
When I upgrade, which will be soon, I'll probably go with the Dominators, as I am primarily looking for performance gains. Also, there are some rather "hot" areas that I like to ride, so I don't mind giving up a few decibels if it'll keep the CHP out of my mirrors and face. I've been riding with stock exhaust/intake for 22K miles, so noise isn't that important to me. If I want loud, I'll fire up the Hammond M1 (or the mini-14).
