Charles Cassell of Mount Airy, MD was killed in a motorcycle accident on Tuesday Sep 4th. He was on a 2007 Speedmaster.

I'm sorry that I didn't get to know him... his home isn't far from mine. Condolences to friends and family.

For once it sounds like the cars were in the wrong place at the wrong time. That 16 year old is probably thoroughly shaken. Awful situation for everyone.
