Question TPS & Shimms?

When you shim your needles, because the fuel flow is altered all be it very slightly in the fule circuit.
Does the relationship between the TPS, the Ignition sensor and the igniter unit have any effect on the running.
I'm thinking throttle slide position in relationship to ignition timing to mixture.

If I understand your basic question, don't think so. The TPS isn't measuring movement of the carb slide, it measures how much you've moved the throttle butterfly.
