I have read many threads about what others have done with upgrading their stock shocks. I thought this was really a mod for the tyre wall riders and those who used the rev limiter to decide on gear changes.
I finally bit the bullet and installed ikon progressives on the front and ikon 7610's on the rear.
WOW!!!
Even with my 'old man' riding style the improvement was outstanding. Well worth the upgrade.
So if you have been thinking like I did...think again.

Best handling mod you can do for the Bonnie! Now, start saving for the Matt capri 904 kit and cams and go Ducati hunting.

Brooksie - where did you buy them from and how much were they? I would think that you did some serious searching for the best price - if so you will be saving the rest of us a lot of time looking for the best deal!

for the 904 kit you can check south bay triumph(i think) they are in so. cal.
also there are big bore kits at new bonneville, and bella course.
when i got my scrambler i liked the softer suspension but soon changed it to ikons in the rear and progressives in front. much better ride and better control, lots less botteming out and better rebound.
