Shift Point Question for us w/o tach

Hello all,
I am a new owner of an 07 Bonnie Black. As we know it does not have a tach. Can someone tell me the approximate speed in MPH for red line engine rpms for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Rev limiter

It may not have a tach but it does have a rev limiter - you'll soon find out what speed to change up at, when your revs die and you wonder if you've broke your beloved and think 'I must learn to ride properly and I hope no one was watching!'

I was just out with my '06 Bonnie Black (790) and I came up with about the following at 7000rpms:

1st - 50
2nd - 70
3rd - 85
4th - 95

Cool revs

Mine does (stock gearing & rev limiter) 1st- 48 2nd -68 3rd- 88 4th-108+- 5th- whatever? The limiter will see you wont hurt the engine. Actually the limiter is under limited by 1000 RPM's for the warranty purposes. I was gonna raise it but decided it works well enuff where it is. An extra 500 rpms would be nice , but not worth the priceof a newlimiter! When I wanna power up, I will do the engine 1st & DX the limiter all together! A different ft sprocket will change those #'s some , but will cut into your line get. I like it the way it is now. The only thing it needs is a 6th gear big time!! Fast enuff for me.

50 an 70 are right for the scrambler too but I haven't hit the limiter on 3+4 yet
