They put up photoshop imaginings all the time. THat has nothing to do with it. Especially if Triumph doesn't have one anyway.
I say it's a fake. It's a Bonneville engine, not a Rocket engine. Rocket engine doesn't have those fins, does it? They aren't going to put fins on a Bonneville if they didn't put them on a Rocket. Besides, it shows absolutely no unique style. It's just a Bonneville tank. Triumph isn't going to put out a major new entry into the cruiser market without a unique Rocket inspired style. It would flop. It looks to me like the exhaust pipe isn't quite plugged into the cylinder head. And that stupid speedo mounted on the tank. It looks like my Kawasaki Vulcan. I say it's bogus.
Raptors and Rockets would have it all over their website if Triumph was coming out with a 1500 cruiser. Nobody else has said or imagined anything like it.
