Seat Cowl and stock seat
Is there such a thing and how does it work? Does it cover the back part of the seat? Where are they available if such a thing exsists?

the stock thruxton seat is like that. it'll fit a bonneville and probably scrambler too if you wanted. the cowl attaches to the rear portion of the seat with fasteners on the sides of the seat

I found one on eBay for a stock Bonneville saddle from CafeRace.com

I have not put it on yet, as I ended up getting a different saddle.

Hmmm, that is interesting. The only thing i can think about is with that 2.5" gap between the seat and the cowl... think of all the dead bugs! It would be like a bug horror film. Maybe you would block most of them... but they sure seem to always find that 2.5" unzipped part of my jacket just fine.
