So I installed a National cycle flyscreen (black on my black bonnie - looks awesome and works quite well). But it mounts to the headlamp and after riding for an hour on the freeway it gets pushed back the my headlamp goes out of adjustment. I have torqued everything down seemingly as hard as I can but with all the washers and whatnot there just seems like there is too much play to keep it locked in tight.

Anyone experienced this or have a fix?

I had the same problem with my National Cycle Flyscreen, I finally fixed it by buying some more star lock washers and adding one to the inside of the headlight mounting bracket as well as the outside.

If that doesn't work, just keep trying different combo's using the star washers and the headlite ear.

I have since replaced my flyscreen with a larger windshield, so I can't even look at mine and tell you exactly what I did to fix that problem.
