Thumbs up Someday!

Someday I would like to just call it quits and buy an RV with a bike trailer and travel around the US going to NASCAR, Bike Rallys, sporting events, riding the famous roads you guys so often talk about, and meeting my fellow RAT's! Anyway, it sounds like a great time - please take pix and post them for us East Coasters!

Absolutely. (post pics) I would imagine the East Coast will get something together at some point, if not already.

We Must

I really want to do this in the North East. It's so difficult finding bandwidth to get with other RATs, but a well planned event xx months up the road would be doable. I'm volunteering to lead the effort. and put a few bucks down to get it started... anyone else in NY/PA/NJ/CT interested in forming a committee and making this happen?

Yeah - no rooms

A couple of weeks ago I couldn't find anything. I ended up reserving a tent space at the Santa Margarita KOA, about 40 or so miles away. I'm interested in the ride on Saturday, but not the other festivities anyway. I wish I could bring my XTi and good lenses, but I'll just have to settle for a point-and-shoot (I only have a small tail pack on the Bonnie), but I'll try to get some interesting pictures and post them if I can figure out how...

7:30 AM Friday morning. I got the day off, kissing the wife and kids, hitting the breakfast spot and heading South. See you guys there.

I'm interested. I have no skills at planning stuff...but I'd be willing to help if we get more interest.
