Torqueing engine pipes

What is the proper torque when replacing engine pipes? I was told hand tight would be fine. At my old age my hand tight is not the same, as my 6'8" 330 lb son

From Triumph service manual (in Nm):

header pipe to cylinder head nuts: 19
header pipe mounting bolts: 22
header balance pipe clamp: 22
silencer mounting (footrest) nut: 27
silencer clamp: 22

Hope this helps
