Paint Codes
Does Triumph put a sticker anywhere on the bike that lists the paint codes? My front fender has a very small area where the clutch cable came loose and rubbed the paint off down to the undercoat.
My bike is Lucifer Orange and Silver. Problem is, Triumph lists two silvers:
Flamboyant Silver - T3120300-ME
Warm Silver - T3120300-MD
Anyone out there riding an 02 or 03 L Orange and Silver T100 that has the paint codes?
Bob

Me 2.....
Bob,
It's funny but, I was just looking for the name information. I have a "black green" "03" ST and have no idea ot the color's name. Nothing on title or ID plate on bike......I hope someone out there has an answer.

mr_badda_bing, you are not wrong (or as my boy would say R,O,N,G- wrong) when i first got my bonnie I couldn't find out anything about my colour, other than it was yellow. I've been told it is scorched yellow, but I've seen other Scorched yellow bikes, 675 etc, and my bike has a metalic flake that they lack so who knows.
Ohio, have you tried contacting the Hinkley factory direct, or thru the dealer?

Yeah, the dealer said they could get touch up paint, and did. But no color code on it either. I may take the cowl into Home Depot and have them match it.
I am sure and exterior latex will work great

I needed to paint my Parabellum Scout fairing...I know my bikes colors...I got the Standox mixing formulas from the European site--not available on the USA site...and I still couldn't get a Standox supplier to mix the paint...he couldn't access the paint codes on his computer to get the formulas.
The painter took my tank to his supplier with a new computer match setup, and got a perfect match on the first time. Much cheaper cost for me and the painter said this paint holds up as good as Standox.

They also use one called Aluminium Silver. Used on the Daytona 600 and the Sprint recently. Warm Silver is a reaaallly old colour from Tridents and such.
