You also have to use the "right" web browser. For instance, it works on Microsoft Internet Explorer (once you download ieSpell) but not on Mozilla Firefox.

Good point since i do not use or support my endusers if they are running FireFox. I'm not dissing FireFox - I just don't support it for our endusers.

FF has a built in spell checker. It works in all text fields.

Only on later versions Not on <FF v2 which is a shame because many of the most usefull ext aren't compatable with >v2.

Spellbound has issues and is not compatable with FF <v1.5.9

FF v2 is still better than IE V. any

Maybe that's your problem - your using IEV instead of IE7 like the rest of the world!
