Well Saturday afternoon there will be a Goodwood Green Bonneville in my gar-age. Was able to buy it brand new for $7180.00+T&DVM. Dealer is pulling off the air injection before delivery.

...and so the journey begins, my first new bike. will post pics as soon as I get her home.

Congrats and you're one step ahead of the game by having the AI deleted.
Make sure they also completely clean the down pipes of assemblers hand prints.

Neat! I just wish Triumph called the color British Racing Green. Probably not because the true racing green is a bit darker. Still, a sweet color and a great bike. Enjoy!

Ah, Goodwood Green. The most classic, and quickest, of Bonnie colours.

Kudos, jhtjon!

Monte's right. Triumph missed a bet not calling it BRG. Had a Triumph Spitfire that colour back in the '07s.

Enjoy!

Green, a great bike color.... comes from back in the days before race cars were covered with corporate sponsor decals. Back when American cars at LeMans were white and blue, Italian cars were blood red, German cars were silver, and British cars were, well, British Racing Green.

Enjoy your new Goodwood Green bike, and revel in the fact that not only your bike, but the color, have a long and glorious heritage!

BTW - there's several good websites devoted to the Goodwood race circuit, including several YouTube videos.
