I installed a WOLO air horn on my bike yesterday, but since I haven't checked the board for awhile I didn't want to post something lengthy/redundant. It was cheap, easy, undetectable (Not goofy looking horns mounted in the stock spot) & LOUD. I'll post details if this hasn't been covered.

Or the stebel, which is even badder. 139db as opposed to 120

where would one go about finding one of these horns? Agressive driving is the norm in Ft Lauderdale/Miami and I need all the help I can get. Miami was rated as the "most aggressive driver city" a couple months ago.

Girot's Garage has them (Stebel ) and in two types-I have the big one under my NARK on my T100 and the little one on the side of my Speedy. They are great!

Geoff - I researched the Stebel Nautilus Compact Dual-Tone 12-Volt Air Horn, 139 dB and it looks like the right choice. Can you please explain how you mounted and wired it. I would be installing it on a 2007 Bonne. If there is a Stebel installation post just shoot me the link.
Thx bud - John :upthumb:

It comes with real easy to follow instructions, as far as wiring it up. I had heard that it fits under the tank, and I could not seem to get mine to fit under there. I wound up putting it in my now empty air-box, so if you are still using the air box, I'm not sure where to put it, I dont think it would go where the stock horn goes either

I used this one & I have the BellaCorse ARK kit. It fits perfect under the battery with a single bolt. It requires the use of a supplied relay, I bolted it to the existing ARK mount with the fuse box. I snaked the ARK box out of the left side of the bike to drill & mount the horn. The ARK won't come all the way out, but it comes out far enough. You will need a few feet of wire & some male/female connectors, took me about an hour & it puts the stock unit to shame.

They are the exact same unit, both mfg. in Italy and the db rating is based on distance 139db @ 4 ft. Also, I saw an ad for 'em @ Harbor Freight too. If one is local to you then no UPS either!

WooHoo, I saw a Harbor Freight down the street the other day. That's good I'll have to go take a look at the horn!
