I ordered a $20.00 item over the weekend & called this A.M. to see if I could have it expressed shipped. Unfortunately Mike was out, but to his credit he gave me an alternate supplier so I could get the part by Wednesday. I've read on here from time to time when vendors mess up, or are sometimes unhelpful, but I've had good luck with everyone I've ordered stuff for on my T-100.
Hopefully I'll see my part Wednesday!

One thing I've noticed about ordering stuff for my Bonnie… it takes forever to get here. I ordered about $500 from both NewBonneville and Bella, both on 6/15/07. Neither has delivered my order yet. Same thing when I ordered from British Customs, took a month. Not sure what the deal is but it sure is different from any other bike parts I’ve ordered online. I wanted the Kawi w650 gaiters for my Bonnie so I ordered them from a Kawasaki site and received them in 3 days. lol

I think the problem lies with the size of the dealer we deal with. Sometimes it's a one or two man shop. Shops that size don't keep vast amounts of inventory, so slow downs do happen. I've had slow a shipment in the past, but I try and understand the nature of the beast and live with it. Just another small quirk that goes with modern classic ownership.

JP,
Glad it worked out.
DT,
Delays are as frustrating to us vendors as it is to you the consumer. Actually is several hundred times more frustrating for us vendors as we typically do not buy just one (1) part from our suppliers, but many parts. So with the case JP who needed one (1) sprocket... I need 100. Just got in today some seats that where backordered for 5 months!!! I think I can safely say without ruffling any feathers of my vendor counterparts, that all of us want to have the parts you want, when you want them. But the harsh reality is that backorders do happen at all points in the supply chain. Add to the equation that the NTB is still a very small market segment for most large-scale suppliers.
L,
Thanks for understanding.
/Mike

I've had pretty good luck with Calmoto.com for the triumph manufactured products/accessories. Just ordered from newbonneville.com a couple weeks ago for the first time, hopefully my helmet lock will arrive soon.

I have been very pleased with Bellacorse because with Mike you get not just a part, but good free advice to go with it, and he always takes time to explain something to you no matter how busy he is.
Since its all aftermarket stuff, its not like you can't ride the bike while your'e waiting for that go faster goodie.
