I bought and have had my Speedy serviced in Chattanooga, TN. It used to be Polaris-Victory-Triumph on Dayton Blvd, but has moved to Dodds Ave. and is called Performance Powersports. (Initials changed from PVT to PP. No Jokes, please) I have received excellent service on the Speedy, and I recently bought a 2002 Trophy with only 400 miles. I discovered te high beams did not work, and took it to PP, even though I did not buy the bike there. The service manager, Les, traced the problem to a relay. He went to several auto parts stores for a replacement, but did not find one. Rather than leave me hanging while he ordered one, he took the time to take apart the relay, remove the corosion and put me on the road.
Many of us have horror stories about service, but I appreciate the efforts of my dealership's service department.
