I recently received my new Fork Gaiters from New Bonneville and have spent several days looking through the forums for advice on fitting them to my Bonnie...which has been mucho helpful.

As simple as it sounds in the forums it has been a bit daunting to think about.

Has anyone installed the New Bonneville Gaiters before? I would really appreciate any advice to make my first attempt at modding out my Bonnie as painless as possible.

Cheers.

I dont know I have always been a bare leg & a** man. I like the open forks. Always had gaitors on all bikes. Ripped & tore . I just keep the tubesclean & shiny

That post is nothing short of brilliant!

I changed my fork springs and fitted gaitors using that link.
If you've got the tools at hand and a block to raise the bike on you'll be fine.

The most important piece of info on that post is: Do one leg at a time.

I had my Buddy round for a bit of camaraderie, but it was relatively easy to do. Took about 1 - 1 1/2hrs to do.

Just mounted my Triumph gaiters this morning...was pretty straight forward following the directions provided. Simple job once you have the bike lifted enough to pull out one leg at a time. The gaiters add a nice touch
