2004 Speedmaster... I removed my airbox in favor of the K&N air filters and was wondering what is the flat wired connector on the right side of the airbox?

It's the thermostat for the carb heaters. It's placement isn't critical.

If anyone is contemplating this job, I have a new set of K&N pod filter. Contemplated removal, than decided to let well enough alone. New in OEM packaging. 25% off original cost plus shipping.
