The 675 Tiger Cub could be very interesting.

Those S3's are one fine looking bike, every time I go to the bike shop I always go through a mental struggle and have to run out before I start trading my Thruxton in. I think one day the S3 is going to win out though, maybe best not go to the bike shop anymore.

Don't like the idea of shaft drive on a mega-Bonnie. Chain or belt would be preferred IMO. Why the 270 degree crank? It should look and sound like a mega-Bonnie for it's first year.

This article has just been published almost word for word in the Australian Motorcycle News so it must be true!

Bugger, I can feel a rant about the press coming on!

Is it a case of a well sourced leak from Triumph or the press creating the news?

I read a review from the 70's that Goin-Commando linked recently on this forum where they tested a couple of Kwaka's, Honda, Triumph, Norton, Ducati, and a Harley. That was a real review. They competitively put the machines through their paces, and then stripped them after the test to make sure the bikes were the genuine article.

Just doesn't happen now. All you get is bloody articles saying they rode through this or that lovely countryside and what a hoot it was on this or that machine.

Anyway, looks like Triumph will have a good lineup within the next two years. Think I might stick to the Bonnie though - maybe a Tourer would be nice.
