I am getting a 07 black bonnie, moding it to my wildest dreams and giving those cruiser guys their due. Thanks for all the input, hopefully I will enjoy my bike as much as all of you do.

Excellent choice! As others have said quite possibly the "perfect" motorcycle.

Congratulations and welcome aboard!

The Bonnie Black is an excellent choice.

A word of warning - you will experience facial cramping from all the grinning you will do, so remember to do some facial stretches before you ride, and lay in a good supply of your favorite over-the-counter painkiller for afterwards.

I recommend tequila, although many have great success with beer.

Welcome and Congrats. I just picked up an 07 BB myself about 3 wks ago. Awesome machine. It's by far the most fun-to-ride motorcycle I've every owned. Great choice...enjoy.

Congrats - Like Dawg said it is quite possibly the coolest bike I have ever ridden! It seems that every Harley owner, Truck Driver, and 50 something guy in an SUV or German luxury car has to giraffe their neck to get a closer look at her! Definitely pit on the power mods as soon as she is uncrated! You will be glad to have done it. I now have 210 miles on my Bonne Black and finally got the wife on the back last Sunday - she is now 100% Triumph Converted! She even gave it up that night with no reservation needed by me. She also commented on how many people were looking us over as we tooled around US1. Enjoy and as said before - Welcome to the Family!

Yea, I am only 28 and did not live through the 60's era of bikes, but I just like the classic look of her. Though I think I am gonna put a tractor style seat on for more comfort, plus I think it will look good, and maybe different bars, wider. Kind of more customize it. I am thinking of doing straight pipes, so I am either gonna make them, or go to a local vocational school and see if I can get a student to do them, since I think pipes would be easy student project, and maybe save some dough. So does modding ever really end????? Luckily I have a sugar momma!!! (I have accepted the fact my wife makes more than me, bitter sweet)

Congratulations!!

Please remember to to tell you're dealer to pull
the A.I. system and make sure the header pipes
are absolutley free of greasy palm prints before
it is EVER started...that is if the dealer will do it.
