shop is having probs with finding the chain how many links should it be on a 03 Speedie and what size sprockets should it wear ?

I think (dont have it in front of me) the chain is 525 x-ring (did) with 112 links
sprockets are 42-43 rear and 17, 18 front depending on your preference for shorter or taller gearing

The book he has says 525 114 links, but then it says the America has one more tooth on the rear sprocket but a 104 chain, which doesn't make sense to me. I think his book is well out

The BA guys said 112, they usually know their stuff
depending on your sprocket choice, you could always put 1 link more or less in there...if you need to
just curious, what happened to all the old stuff?
