Anyone had any experience of these things:

I have NEVER seen great luggage for cheep.
Cheep is cheep, and thats flat

That price is in line with several low end fabric panniers offered here in the states. Some of them are fine. The markup on most of this stuff is 400 or 500% -- so when someone sells something for only twice what they pay for it, well, it seems cheap. Why not price that set out against Nelson-Rigg and Tourmaster panniers at a good web site, like www.tonker.com, and compare? Nelson-Rigg makes some nice fabric panniers at a fair price.
