i'm not sure if the bafflectomy instructions in wiki is for a 07. I remember seeing cut out views for prior 04 and 05 and after baffles and they were different. I can't find that post anymore. I wanted to debaffle mines today but just wanted to recheck the instructions because i really want to complete it in one shot.

Cant say for sure. I cut the last 2" off & all came out w/ no problem. Not sure about the 07 tho? I would think not too much diference? But then again who knows w/ the newer govt specs? Good luck!! :???:

Good comment because it seems the 06 and later models are a bit trickier to do

I'm looking at doing it too, but cannot really figure out if i can get away with not cutting the ends off, in my understanding is that lip at the end that causes much of the problem in removing the baffle right?

I've got a debaffled/punched pair off my '06 T-100 if you want em. I used CapD's method but only cut off a half inch...worked just fine.

I did mine ('07) using the instructions out on the wiki......I would not recommend using those for newer bikes.

If I were to do it again....I would just cut the ends off and be done with it. Nearly impossible to drill out with a hole saw.

Ended up with TOR's anyway...so it's a happy ending.
