I have a black on black bonnie and am curious on how the sixty8 ivory tank cover would look on my bike. I've seen the monochrome brit flag one on a black bonnie and that looks cool but I'm going for more of a retro/classic look so i thougth the ivory may accomplish that. Does anyone have pictures of this that you could post so I can see it? If not if you've seen a black bonnie w/ this post your opinions.

Thanks!

In my opinion the whole sixty8 range is laughable

Not quite the way I would say it but close enough.

Hey Netsurfr, if you think it will look cool, just get it. Don't be dissuaded by people who knock the style. While it is not my cup of tea either I think it is great that owners want to personalize their Bonnie.

I've seen the monochrome Union Jack tank cover on both black and silver bikes and they both look great, and I think the ivory tank cover would look sweet, especially combined with the ivory cam cover to tie it all together.

In my opinion the Bonnie Black is the best bike for many of the Sixty8 products - you are starting with essentially a blank canvas and anything you add just pops right out.

I have been customizing my bonnie black and agree is the best to start w/ if you want to do that. I just wish I could see a picture of the entire bike with the tank cover on it. The picture on the triumph website is just of the top of the tank so it's hard to visualize the full bike w/ it.

I think it would look
The sixty8 stuff is expensive. That is why I debated buying a left side Leather City Bag, for my Scrambler; but, I'm very glad I did.
It holds everything I need, for regular riding, and it looks like it is made for the bike.

Call up your dealer and see if he can get one. More than likely he'll let you take a look at it and try it on for size. If you don't like it, have him put it back behind the counter.

...No harm, no foul.

That's a good idea. Never thought of doing that. I'll give it a shot and see what they say. Thanks!
