any suggestions on where to get the oval shaped stickers that fit snugly into the crevice left after the relocation of the indicators?
would also be interested in alternative ideas on how to utilise the space.

Go to quality auto supply can see what they have in rubber body plugs. They are like a grommet, but with no hole in the center. Cars use them in the floor pan and fire walls.

British Customs has the little union jacks - only ten bucks, and I'm not even sure if that's for two! :evil:

The best selection of those plugs around here is at Lowe's. Alternatively, you could fill in with bondo and spray paint the ears.

i emailed and asked BC as they looked good but I am not sure if they are oval shaped. i recall seeing some oval shaped Triumph logos somewhere...
