New Bonnie owner here with a few questions. I was wondering if the performance package from British Customs is what everyone recommends for performance upgrades. I think they have it on sale for $770. It includes the Predator exhaust, jets, AI removal plugs, what looks like a new air box and pod filters.

My question is: will the side covers fit back on when you install the pod filters? I like the look of the side covers and want to make sure they still fit. I've done a lot of searches and think the Predator exhaust is my favorite.

What is the performance difference if I just put on the exhaust and remove the AI and keep the stock air box? Do you recommend this or should I just go all the way and go for the entire performance upgrade?

Thanks.

the side covers will fit just fine.

Instead of buying the airbox removal kit many members here have cut up their stock airbox and fitted POD filters, all the bits and filters cost around $100, but it's a lot cheaper than the airbox kits, plus you can store tools in the old airbox when you're done.

I used to have the Predators, but sold them and got some Bubs. The Predators are probably the best exhaust option out there for the new bonnie, they sound fantastic and look gorgeous.

Welcome aboard!

I just got that package but I also added in the Nology stuff as well and the suggested hoy plugs and had it installed as soon as she was uncrated. It is friggen awesome. I finally got her back out today and rode her to work adding on another 5 miles - she now has 51 miles on her. The jets they send you won't work - as stated earlier by others she will run to lean. Your dealer will give you the right jets or Sweat will recommend the correct ones. ANyway - I spent a total of an extra $1000 above the $6999 and added that stuff, the tacho conversion, a center stand and an all weather cover and there wasn't one penny wasted! Go For IT!

I have a set of new, K&N pod filters for sale if you decide to do your own airbox route.
