any one know what the torque settings for the spokes are ?

i don't know the what the tension figures are but most wheel builders use the wring and tension method .
i believe there is a tension tool for the job, but what i have found some nipples are tight initially but once free they pick up some slack ,so with the spoke tension wrench they may release on a loose spoke, simply because the loose nipple was iced up a little hope this makes sense..
