This weekend I did my 500 mi service, and was very pleased with the before/after performance difference. I think that Sega said it best:



Going over what was scheduled for 500 mi, I was actually a little surprised. Other than the oil/filter change, everything on the list was what I'd consider to be absolutely routine, regular maintenance. A nice sunny day, an hour or so in my driveway to service everything, a scrub-down, and I was back on the road appreciating just how much more smoothly the engine was running.

I LOVED that game as a kid! I remember wanted to go visit my cousin just so I could play.

If the dealer had done the service, you STILL would needed to spend and hour going over the bike to see what they left undone.
I mean it, every time I'm at a dealer for anything, I find elementary stuff that the dealer forgot to tighten, check, etc. And they are considered a good dealer!?!?
